The most common conversation I have with people in your position is:

That's exactly what we look to work on together based on where you are in the world, what systems and processes you have in place and what your local market looks like.

While we do touch on machinery, more often than not, people have a good understanding of how to use the machines and which paints to use and so although we will go over this in some detail, I find that sharing the systems and processes I've used to generate sales and earn a 70% repeat customer base is what most people need help with and where I can help them most.

 How I can help

There are two distinct ways that I work with people on their line striping business:

 

Done With You:

For done with you, I will fly out anywhere in the world and help you get all of the systems and processes in place so that you can start generating real sales from day one and we will also go through hands-on training on machinery and installation processes so that you can feel confident installing and quoting.

 

Done With You (REMOTE):

For Done With You (Remote), we do the exact same things as above, however, it's not in person and we do everything online. The same systems, processes and machinery training.

Where we start

Initial Call

We always start with an initial 1:2:1 call

This is usually on Teams or Zoom and it takes around 2 hours. 

On that call we'll:

  • Look honestly at where you're at today
  • Find the areas where we can make the biggest improvements — pricing, winning work, profit, lead generation
  • Build you a clear, practical plan to put those improvements in place

You'll come away with direction and a plan, whether or not we go any further together.

A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Alex and chances are you've possibly found my website through my YouTube channel where I document my line striping business to show you behind-the-scenes of what we do and how it works.

I spent half a decade building my line striping business before getting to the point of selling it and I've decided to use all of the knowledge that I've gained over that period of time, to share with other people that are looking to grow their businesses and perhaps need a little guidance along the way.

My aim is to be able to assist people that are looking to grow their own companies and help them flourish by providing support and help where they need it most.

I've put together a series of video sessions that cover everything from back office, the systems and processes we use all the way through to machinery and installation processes. 

This is ideal if you don't need in person support but do you still want a quick reference guide on how to operate your line striping business effectively.

In-Depth 1:2:1

The in-depth planning and discussions consider where you are currently and what processes and action plans we can put in place in order to start growing your sales, improving your systemin order to start growing your sales, improving your systems, adding in processes that make sense, not just had time to your day and we also look at stripping out what might be unnecessary.

Hands on

In Person

While, not everybody needs in person support, if you're just starting out, in person is usually the easiest way to build confidence in both getting sales in the door, getting the systems and processes right and quoting and winning work. We also go through machinery use and install installations together.
